Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
